your membership/ package starts on the day of your first class, not on the purchase day!

What is the schedule for Group Sessions?

We run our group sessions:

weekday 6:15AM to 8:05PM
weekend 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Check out on our booking system there are many group classes you can reserve

Advance Booking Access?

  • Gold Membership
    Reservations open 4 weeks in advance

  • Silver Membership

    Reservations open 3 weeks in advance

  • Other Memberships

    Reservations open 2 weeks in advance

  • Regular Package Holders

    Reservations open 10 days in advance
