Ella Park
English, Korean
Bachelor degree of Physical Education in Korea University. Her mission for the program is to provide members with the most effective and therapeutic exercise program to enable them to live life to the fullest.
Exercise is a natural remedy. She developed a passion for exercise therapy through a diverse range of experiences: as a professional athlete, as a physical education teacher for both special needs students in elementary and gifted students in high school, and during her recoveries from various physical injuries such as an ACL tear, Achilles tendon transplant surgery, and severe disc herniation. Through exercise therapy, incorporating Pilates, resistance training, and corrective functional movement, she triumphed over these injuries. She can empathize with the difficulties of regaining one's footing, especially after being in good shape or recovering from an injury or major life changes. With effective guidance, she truly believes that training can heal, nurture, and fortify your mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to operate at an optimal level in life.

“I’ve spent years in a corporate job, and my body felt it — tight hips, rounded shoulders, and that low-grade ache that just never went away. I started Pilates hoping to fix my back pain, but it ended up giving me so much more. It re-educated my muscles, freed up my spine, and brought back the energy I thought I'd lost.
That personal win turned into a curiosity for how movement actually works and a desire to share it. Because if Pilates could undo the damage of my 9-to-5, I knew it could help others too. I'm here to guide busy professionals just like me toward a body that feels strong, aligned, and genuinely good to live in.”
Stephanie Hsia
Senior Instructor
English, Mandarin
“My passion for Pilates comes from a deep appreciation for how the body moves, connects, and strengthens through intentional movement.
I focus on posture, alignment, body awareness, and strength training, helping clients understand how to properly engage and utilize every part of their musculature. I believe Pilates is about more than simply completing an exercise . It’s about learning how your body works and moving with greater control and purpose.
Through my teaching, I aim to create a strong mind-body connection while helping each client build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in the way they move.
For me, Pilates is about moving with intention, building strength from within, and creating a better relationship with your body.”
